A 3 YES day for me. Even had enough in the calorie budget for an after dinner small glass of Port. That’s a rare treat. NSV: more in control of my eating generally. Even with pass days I’m going over by about 100 calories. Not 500.

Used my last pass day today. Friday’s are tough - dinner with family at the end of the week always puts me over the calorie budget. And movement today was grocery shopping in advance of a snowstorm. We Seattlites don’t do snow well. Tomorrow is another day. Happy weekend to all!

Three YES day today, but ended up just over my calorie budget yesterday so 2/3 pass days used. Disappointing but life goes on.

Triple YES day. I walked around the parking lot of the grocery store for 10 minutes before heading in. Then the 45 minutes in the store. I park the cart in one place and then bring groceries to it to get my steps in. 2/3 pass days remaining.

3 YES day! Takes me 40 minutes to go 2 miles but got my 20 minutes of activity in. 1 of 3 pass days used.

3 YESes today Feb 4 so that’s a win Used a pass day yesterday Feb 3. But just like in tech, failure is accepted if you learn. I learned something about my routine and what causes me to go off track with eating and exercise. So it was worth the pass day for the learning. Now to figure out a solution. Pass days: 2 left.

Jan 27 and Jan 28 both pass days. I’ve lost count. But I tracked everything both days. Yesterday I got a 20 minute walk in while waiting for my son to finish his orthodontist appointment. But went over on calories. Today, I stayed under budget but got 0 exercise. Not feeling well. Hoping to feel better tomorrow and back on…

A month in and thanks to this group I’m still on track with New Years resolutions. If you’ve fallen off the get healthy wagon, February is an excellent opportunity to start again. With this supportive group, you’re much more likely to succeed.

Tracked - YES Exercise - NO Under - NO This is the first time I’ve tried tracking Chinese takeout. No clue whether I was remotely accurate but the lack of exercise hurt today. I’ve lost track of pass days but will keep posting. February is another month.

Yes/yes/yes I’ll count the fact that I forced myself into extra time on the treadmill in the evening to make up for the extra calories consumed during the day. Thanks to this group. Never would have done that before.
