In a day and age where everyone (including myself) is always glued to their phone, it feels good to take a break and really enjoy someone else's company. If I'm with someone who can't seem to drop the phone, I'm dropping them shortly thereafter. Lol

I prepped a weeks worth of a healthy lunch instead of just enough for today. This way I have no excuse not to have at least one healthy meal :)

Hey! I'm in the LA area. My fitness goals are to gain some muscle and condition my cardiovascular system. My plan is to eat at a caloric surplus , track my macros, and get to the gym at least 5x a week. I'll add you. Maybe we can get a killer hike or lifting session in.

Wow its amazing to see everyone with so many years in recovery. Very inspiring. I just got out of rehab 2 weeks ago and now adding another aspect to my recovery in the former of fitness. I'm super excited and I'd love to see fellow friends in recovery get fit with me. Don't mind if I add you :)

Great post! Adding you now :) My fitness goals are to improve my overall fitness, gain some muscle, and trim the fat. I plan on getting there by eating clean at a caloric surplus, counting the macros, and getting to the gym regularly. Looking forward helping motivate anyone who would like to add me too

Hey! I'm not trying to lose weight but my diet is pretty strict. I'm eating clean and tracking macros at a caloric surplus while I workout at least 5x a week. I'll add you. Looking forward to the mutual motivation and and a new accountabilibuddy :)

Account for the calories you're not burning anymore due to the less intense level of exercise you're getting and drop your intake. Calories in, calories out. Hope this helps. If you want to burn more calories during your workouts do some HIIT exercises. It actually requires less time and it conditions your cardiovascular…
