I weighed in at 292.8 this morning. Down from 303 on the 14th (the day I joined this group). I'm on a low carb diet, so I flushed a lot of water weight.

I don't know if you're low carbing it, but here's a trick I picked up. When I go to McDonald's, I like to order one or two McDoubles with cheese only and then toss out the buns. This cuts out about a third of the calories and almost all the sugar.
