I'm over 50 and not doing anything special either. Protein shake for breakfast and lunch and then normal healthy dinners and I have lost 39 lb's in 9 weeks with the only exercise walking and stationary bike.

I'm 50 and doing meal replacement shakes called Visalus and having great success. A shake for breakfast and lunch then a normal dinner, I'm never hungry and I have lost 31 lbs and 2 pants sizes in 6 weeks.

Thank you, that was my 17th surgery in 14 years and now I'm finally feeling great. I've got a ways to go but I have never been more determined.
