I actually do better working from home. No stressful commute, no take out lunch from one of the many delicious restaurants in NYC, no dealing with people in person. I'm not a snacker so that's not a problem. I can stay home indefinitely.

Not really... I drink when I'm thirsty. I don't force myself to drink water. You can drink too much of it and that's not healthy either.

Understand that dieting comes from a calorie deficit, and if you're already beating your body up from lack of sleep, it will not be pretty in the long run nor healthy. π€·ββοΈ
