I eat back every single exercise calorie and have no problems losing or maintaining as expected. Exercise calories are the tastiest π

So much here... First comparing yourself to your sister is going to set you up for disappointment... comparison is the thief of joy. Secondly, toxic family is toxic... my mental health is the most important thing to me and if someone (family or otherwise) is damaging it, they get a warning then cut off. I know differentβ¦

Disordered eating is a slippery slope. Are you getting professional help for grief? Losing 5 lbs a week is not sustainable by a long shot and once you eat normally again you might gain.

This happened to me as well when I was pregnant, sick to my stomach suffering from hyperemesis and not gaining weight. OB referred me to a nutritionist (which in the USA means no college or formal credentials) and she told me I need to eat more. ππ€¦ββοΈ Gee I hadn't thought of that.

Tracking has shown me that I need way more than 1200 calories to survive. Also I can drink and still lose weight. :drinker:

Keep going in your calorie deficit and eventually it will go away. You cannot spot reduce.
