I usually order take out and log it. 🤷♀️ If I'm inclined to whip something up on the fly, it would be some sort of protein over vegetables.

It's not a race. 1200 is most likely too low. Do this correctly. Those above links are helpful.

Satiety is individual. What would hold someone over might last 5 minutes in someone else. Experiment with different things like string cheese, jerky, crackers etc. Personally I eat heavy meals and don't snack between.

I enjoy my vacation and come back to counting calories. It's not what you eat in one week that matters, it's what happens the other 51 weeks.

For me, a rest day is also a mental rest day. And that is much needed so I don't burn out. I usually don't do anything except usual house chores.

I workout with an Oculus VR set. Lots of different options and I work up a nice sweat.

Hungry. Can't wait to eat the lunch I packed for work. Philly cheesesteak wrap, tater tots, cheese cubes and bacon bits over a salad. 🤤
