Happy Murrica day guys! I ended up coming in at 192.5lbs this morning, down 3lbs since last weeks weigh-in. I might end up putting that back on this 4th though, lol. But I'll see if I can keep from gaining by next week.

I'm down to 195.5 now, I haven't made any major changes to my diet yet (I need to it's awful). But since last week I've been trying my hand at some cardio, portion control and quit non-social drinking. 4.5lb difference since last week. So I guess a downward trend is nice, hope I can keep it up.

I've read (I don't remember where, please don't ask for a source!) that cheat days actually help people stay on track with their diets because it gives people something to look forward to after putting in all that hard work. Just as long as the cheat day doesn't turn into a cheat week, then a cheat month... And so on you…

I weighed myself and I'm currently 200lbs. I want to get back to about 180-175, I seemed to be happy around their. Maybe get some muscle too, who knows!
