Hmmm.... a lil over a week...my weight was flying off, now that I approach closer to my goal weight it just isn't moving... I know a week doesn't warrant a panic, i just am trying avoid a longer stall... I go away next Friday, on a deadline LOL

#1.Tuna steak, with 1 cup of brown rice and quinoa drizzled with lite balsamic vinegrette. #2. Baked in a pan with balsamic vinegrette i cook cut up organic Eggplant, onion, zuccini, tomatoes. Take a wrap put it in the oven melt a 1/2 cup of part skim mozzarella cheese. Put veggies on wrap fold and eat. Delicious!
