I expect to lose weight! When I enter my food and close MFP diary at the end of the day it's giving numbers like 114-119 depending on the day.

I'm eating 1500 calories a day. 1700 on weekends. And yes, profile pic is one month ago.

My eating has been over calories only two days since starting MFP almost two months ago. I never eat my exercise calories either. I'm 5'2"

I suppose I should have said, I don't want to eat that much. I have slow digestion and to eat the 12?? Keeps my body happy. The 131, bc yes, I had weight to lose from overeating and feeling bloated and consipated all the time, was miserable and I don't want that again!!

Thank you for the link. That was going to be my next question. Is it essenatial that I eat all the calories?? It takes me from 1280 now to 1750 when I adjust to .05lb per week. Forward head posture? Is that a real thing? I can see a difference now that you point it out, but does posture really change as one gets more in shape?

I did, I did. 10, 7, 5, and 2!! I have been curious about going forward and what my calories should be? I am going to continue doing the above workouts mentioned but I plan on adding a lot more weights in this month. Any suggestions for how to achieve this while still losing the remaining fat is greatly appreciated!!

I'm doing it now and loving it. I've started, and never completed it, several times!! I put my scale away for the month and did a before pic. I'm only on day 6. I can't wait to see final results!!
