Hi, Shay. I am 37 and in May I was 368 pounds. Now I am down to 328. My goal is 100+ more pounds to lose. I was frustrated with myself and my weight gain. I was once healthy 175 but I got too consumed with work and forgot about myself. The journey isn't easy but with the right support and motivation all things are possible.

Trying to lose 150 lbs also. So far 12lbs down, 6 inches off waist and 2 inches off thighs/hips.
