Well, I didn't win it, but came in probably second place. The winner for the men lost 93 lbs or about 28% of his weight. I'm just happy that I was able to take of 60lbs and be able to slowly get back to normal calories. Pretty intimidating to add 500 back into your day. Still leaves another 500 in a few months.

I took a break over my birthday weekend when family came in to town. Nothing bad happened and I found that even if I want to pig out, my stomach has shrunk to a point were I can't. I will enjoy both holidays, eat a nice meal for each and have dessert or cookies.

My gf does WW and I follow MFP. Both of us have lost 21lbs so they both work. I like the mixed approach for us because it seems to validate each other.

If it makes you feel any better, once I lose 25lbs, I will blow that weekend myself.
