some days i eat them some days i stay under my caloric allowance (1200). i still lose weight. it really depends on what u eat and what time u eat, IMO.

I have done Body Revolution twice. I am currently doing Body Shred, which is way tougher than BR. I enjoyed all her workouts. I fell in love with her in 2008 and the first workout of her that I do was 30 Day Shred. And she still had her old casts in her newest workout dvd such as Anita and Natalie. I love her…
