Suggest me a HIIT workout for the morning please

Options
So I have started a new gym program...
2 x upper body weights sessions
2 x lower body weights sessions
This is per week.

Tomorrow is an extra sessions where I wanna to some cardio...bikes and treadmill bore me. So I am thinking HIIT training...done it lots before but never designed my own programme for it.

Any suggestions on places to look for one, or do you fancy sharing your workout?

some of my favorites HIIT workouts are from this online trainer, Melissa Bender. She has over 800 workouts. All FOC.

Here's a workout that my wife and I do. We do the same reps but for the weighted ones she usually does body weight of a lower weight. I've indicated the reps (weight) that my wife does. We go 2 rounds of the entire workout with as little rest as possible. If we get winded we pause/rest and go back at it once we've recovered. You can definitely take quick water breaks in between exercises or sets.

    Goblet Squat 15 (10lbs)
Mountain Climbers 30 (a set of left-right is 1 count)
    DB Lateral Raises 12 (5lbs)
    DB Front Raises 12 (5lbs)
    Bosu Plank 1 min

DB Side Lunge 10/leg (body weight)
Single Arm Swing 12/arm (17.5lbs) --> you can use a KB
Renegade Push Ups 10 (no weights)
Reverse Row 10 --> you can use a TRX if there is not bar
    Elevated Plank 1 min

    Split Jumps 10/leg
T Push Ups 10 (body weight)
    DB Row 15 (10lbs)
Tricep Extension 12 --> you can also do Tricep Dips as an alternative
Ab Roller 12 --> you can replace with any ab exercise if you don't have a roller

    DB Lunge Rotation 12/leg (2.5lbs)
    DB Push Press 12 (10lbs)
Box Jumps 10 (24 inches) --> you can use any height that you are comfortable with
    Hammer Curls 12 (5lbs)
    Elbow Plank 1 min
