https://tdeecalculator.net/result.php?s=imperial&age=33&g=female&lbs=122&in=66&act=1.55&bf=&f=1 That's the calculator I used to get your TDEE. If you are walking on average 20,000 steps a day, I put you in as moderate exercise. This says your TDEE is close to 2000 a day. THEN, if you add your exercise calories on there,…

It's absolutely the best. I must be the only person though that has to stop themselves from eating the whole thing. It's just so good!!! Here's the link I use for mine. http://www.fathead-movie.com/index.php/2013/06/30/weekend-bonus-the-older-brothers-oldest-sons-faux-carb-pizza/

A lot of people here will say to count half of the exercise calories or none at all because it's very easy to overcalculate how many calories you are actually burning even if you wear a HRM. I think my fitbit measures accurately enough for my daily expenditure but it's crap when it comes to measuring calorie burn during…

goat feta?????? Is that like a mix of feta cheese and goat cheese (my fav)??

PS, I just checked and your diary isn't open.

To be honest, if you don't think eating how you're eating now is going to be maintainable for ever, you're probably going to gain it back anyways. The only way the weightloss will stay off, is if you can make it a lifestyle change. And also, I'm not surprised you've lost that much weight only eating 1100 calories a day. I…

Can you open up your diary for other's to see. The answer may be in there.

I say yes, it does fade. I find that during a big event (wedding showers, weddings etc) I'm going to binge no matter what, so fasting before hand helps me because I eat less calories that way. Also, I find that I'm only hungry, once I eat. It's weird. But, if I don't eat breakfast, I'm usually good until noon or later.

Pizza.... always and forever pizza. But, I'm also a nacho fan. I could eat an entire bag of tortilla chips and be completely content.

Most likely those 5lbs you lost in the first week was part water weight. So it could just be water weight you gained. Also, if it's during your TOM then it could be a hormonal issue too. I wouldn't stress too much.

Low carb is low carb IMO. If you want to waste your 50grams of carbs on a small potato go right ahead. However, I feel that my carbs are more used on things like spinach and onions/green peppers in my salad. You get more bang for your buck that way. I would enjoy that potato on the high carb day. However, if that's not…

OMG Thank you. Ice-cream is my kryptonite so I will definitely be venturing over there sometime soon!

Pull the move from Coyote Ugly. Take a shot, and "chase" it with a beer. By chasing it, you're actually spitting the shot back in the beer bottle. No drinking on the job at all. Boom.

This. If I know I need to run that day I try to run at like 6am or earlier just before the heat/humidity gets too bad. I hate treadmills. So, if I only have to do a 2 mile run, I'll go to the gym but if it's anymore, I just force myself to get up earlier.

I work at a sit down job too. I try to hit my steps from walking on my lunch hour and I take the longest route to get to the bathroom instead of just going down my hallway. Another thing to realize is that depending on how tall people are, the less steps you get. So, I'm 6'0" tall. In an hour walk, someone who is 5'4"…

hahaha I'm glad I'm not the only one. :)

I don't even eat regular pasta anymore. I love spaghetti squash with ground turkey and 1/2 cup of the healthiest marinara or pasta sauce I can find and it fills me up and it's way lower in carbs/calories than the alternative. Same for cauliflower rice. It's a huge hassle to drain all the water out of the cauliflower but if…

1380 is the amount given without exercise. If you exercise, you can eat back some of those calories. Also, if it's too extreme, change your set lbs per week to 1 or .5.

sugar free ketchup and spinach. I go through a bag of spinach in 3 or 4 days and sugar free ketchup in like a week. I make my own cocktail sauce from the ketchup and I love shrimp so I go through it a lot. I need to start buying it in bulk if I can find it.

I tried on this dress for a bachelorette party and felt sexy. I haven't felt sexy in a while. That was the moment I truly stopped caring about the number. That and when I tried on swimsuits a few days ago and for the first time in too long I didn't leave crying. I felt beautiful. yay

Low carb tuna casserole. One bag of frozen broccoli/cauliflower (2$), a little light mayo (.50c), 2 cans of tuna (2$) and some fat free cheese (or whatever cheese you want) ($1.50). Super filling meal for 6$. And most people can't eat the whole thing but I like my protein and I love my veggies.

Mix the PB, ready whip and dark chocolate together and you have heaven! :) Just a pretty high caloric heaven. haha
-
Dark chocolate (80-90%), heavy whipping cream and diet rootbeer, strawberries and some ready whip, PB2 or peanut butter with some strawberries/raspberries.. Those are my ways of killing my sweet tooth.

I know this is a late post but did you know you can turn those notifications off on your own? I only have it turned on when I lose weight, complete my diary or workout. I hate the challenge notifications though. Sometimes those post even though I have that box unchecked.

I don't believe this at all. I can miss something but realize it's not worth it. Instead of chinese food, I get sushi. And I still get regular pizza on occasion (once a month maybe), but I eat it less because it's "not worth the calories/stress/misery". That's just called eating healthier.
-
Seriously, my fiance was the exact same way. Granted, I never gave up anything. If I wanted to work out instead of going to the pub with him and his buddies, he understood. He's awesome like that. However, after seeing my transformation, he started eating healthier, drinking less beer and working out all on his own. If he…

Bagels with cream cheese, blueberry/banana nut muffins, pizza and chinese food. Now, I make a much healthier version of the pizza and chinese food. I have managed to live without the others in my diet.

Ideally it is all in terms of what works for you. I will have a bag of frozen broccoli for dinner (cooked of course). That equals around 300 grams BUT the serving size on the bag says there's 3.5 servings per bag. So, if I went by the serving size, that's only 85grams which would not fill me up in the least. Just play…

Peet's coffee is fantastic. It's the only coffee I can drink black. It's not cheap though and I'm not even sure what cities it is sold in. It's from California but we can buy it here in stl.

I just looked it up and it's funny that you said it was really expensive because in its motto it says it's for the poor person that can't afford to eat out all the time. Sounds ridiculous. Anything you can't keep up for life, isn't worth doing because you're destined to fail.
