Thank you. But she wasn't asking for your opinion on what she should eat. She was just clarifying that she was proud of herself for meal prepping and sticking to it. She said it was too fattening because maybe that much fat didn't fit into her calories for the day. Great job OP. Meal prep is where it's at.

Did you just give into chocolate as in a little bit or did you binge? Having small treats fit into your daily calorie goal is a good idea.

This looks awesome. Thanks. Now, I have a recipe to get rid of my almond butter since I seem to be the only person on this earth that doesn't like the stuff. Here's another recipe that I've found that has similar macros. https://www.tasteaholics.com/recipes/low-carb-keto/keto-lava-cake/

LCHF is not going to help with your emotional eating. It may make it worse since you may feel deprived from certain foods (i.e. carbs). I'd working on what's triggering your emotional eating first. When that is fixed, then it doesn't matter which macros you choose as long as you're in a deficit. LCHF is just IIFYM but with…

Wow! This movie looks great!

Exactly. If they do nothing, that's cool. I just like having something to drink with flavor since I workout fasted.
-
Sorry. But they taste really good. I'm going to keep taking them!

Forgot about whole fat yogurt. dur. Also full fat cottage cheese is A-Mazing! I will never go back to fat free.

That's how I've been feeling lately too. My weight has stabilized for the time being but I see my measurements decreasing which is what I'm really aiming for anyways. My hips are much wider than yours though so I don't see 140 in my future but you never know. What was the last to go for you? My legs have finally caught up…

Just remember. In that hour, you were going to burn X number of calories if you weren't weight lifting and just sitting around. That's because your body burns a set number of calories no matter what all day. Take your BMR and divide by 24 and you can get an estimate on how many calories your burning in that hour. For…

What I love about this is that you're 6'0" because I am as well. My heaviest was about 195 and I'm sitting close to 165-170 at the moment. I'm feeling really good at this weight but plan to go to about 155-160. Way to go girly.

I committed to a full program. I hired a PT I found on IG who gives me my macros/calories do eat each week and gave me workouts to follow each week and I check-in with her every week with measurements and weight and progress photos. I started in February and have lost a total of 15" over my body and nearly 25lbs.

Girl. I got married at 29 so do not worry. My brother and sister in law got married at 34. It doesn't matter anymore. Wait until you've found that someone. I do understand the binge eating though. I didn't do it because I was lonely per se. I used to go to the bars and then get taco bell on the way home and eat it while…

OP, I do recommend Stairmaster HIITs to get that burn in at the end of your weight training sessions. Or HIIT Sprints on the treadmill. Here's a good link to some other HIIT stuff https://www.bodybuilding.com/content/what-is-the-best-hiit-workout.html
-
Geeze. Maybe she actually wants to do them? She states in her original message that she has gotten to a point that her workouts aren't tough enough. Let her do HIIT if she wants to do HIIT. And PS, HIIT does not always have to be unpleasant. HIIT on the Stairmaster or Treadmill HIIT Sprints are one of my favorite.

He couldn't remember my middle name and we'd been dating for 8 months. Broke it off that night but then 4 months later realized that was petty and he was the best thing to ever happen to me. So, we ended up getting back together and got married.

I hear you girl. I'm tall too and didn't get any notice until I lost 20lbs. It was disheartening at first, but I was taking progress pictures every week so I knew I was changing even when no one else noticed. Great job.
-
You look happier too. Great job!

I am facebook friends with some of my MFP friends and I even have some of their phone numbers because I've gotten that close with some. Others I keep at a fair distance. But I do talk about my MFP friends to my husband and such. This life is a part of me. There's no shame in that.

Get a chest strap heart rate monitor that measures heart rate and calories burned per heart rate. It won't be 100% accurate, but it will be close.
-
Aren't there calculators online to figure that out?

I'm sorry. But I love the fact that I get to eat 170g of protein a day. I would love to live off chicken and salmon all day. I have a hard time making sure I don't go Over my protein intake. I could probably lower this to about 140g though since that's my LBM but I certainly don't think it's hurting anything at the moment.

I just went floating this weekend and brought Mini crunchers (the mini cucumbers from aldi) and the mini sweet peppers from aldi for the float trip. You can make mini deli sandwiches which are great. Grapes and watermelon too.
-
I think I lost around 12lbs in the first 3 months which makes sense (about a lb a week)
-
Oh my lawd. 300g of fat?? You get keto adapated by lower carbs I believe not by raising fat that high! That's 2700 calories on it's own. No wonder you lost muscle last time.
-
That's funny. I have tried to enjoying biking but it is just not for me. I'd rather weight lift, or stairmaster, or run, or swim for an hour before cycling. It's boring to me. I wish I liked it. I'm doing another triathlon this weekend but I loathe the bike portion every time.

Is that motivation enough? Having 110lbs to lose?
