If you only do cardio, you won't lose your condition within a week. It even may help you, when you give your body time to relax.

Can I suggest to try knee-push ups? :) You can find how to on youtube, I guess. Try to do some and see how you feel. If that's still to difficult, try to do the wall push ups. That's standing and with your face towards the wall. You probably need to buildup slowly until you feel stronger for the next step.

If you find a good one, then probably worth it. The problem is to find a good trainer, I think... having seen a few of them in the gym.

Agreed, Love my fitbit :) Hopefully can now try to lose some weight with MFP and my fitbit. Just need to find the right balance now.

Today it was porridge with raisins and peanut butter :smile: yum! Love porridge. And soya milk latte, yes, I have to have coffee in the morning.
