Family's getting together for the holiday and they won't get my exercise routine. I usually bring my DVDs, do YouTube, use the bike and treadmill I bought for my parents, and do something daily. I'll hear I'm small enough, I'm crazy, I'm killing myself, etc. I just don't want to deal with it, so thinking to skip the routines, but can feel my muscles softening already.

My post cut off. Will this be a big deal or no?

    Shouldn't be a problem.

If you only do cardio, you won't lose your condition within a week. It even may help you, when you give your body time to relax.

Different opinion. Screw what they think. Remember you're doing this for yourself and not for them. Tell them you enjoy doing this.

I think it's a huge deal that you would consider letting other people control your health. I only see two options.

    1. Tell them to shut up and do what you want.
    2. Don't go.
