Thank you all for the reply. Indeed my macros need to be adjusted. I am having hard time getting proteins higher without too much fat. Got some whey isolate powder today which taste not too bad. That should help to fill in the gaps. Beside the protein shakes, what could I take with high protein? Cheese = too much sodium…

Welcome to the site. I have similar goals and situation. SW 266, TW 190. My short-term target is to loose 45# by my 45 birthday in ~10 weeks ;-) Make sure to check out the Success Stories section of the forum for great motivation readings and keep your diary up to date. I am amazed how fast those calories pile up.

Mini pretzels. 190 cal for 32 but I usually take about a dozen only with a bottle of water. I find it quite filling.

Good job and amazing story! You look awesome btw ;-) Starting at 266, I joined MFP on June 20th and so far have loss 15 lbs. Been overweight for as long as I can rememberm feel great to see the scale going down for once! ;-) Your story is so motivating. Thank you so much.

Same thing here for me ;-) 14 lbs less since I started June 20th. Clothes feel loose but have not noticed any significant change!
