Weight loss stalled then now I am up 2 pounds. What is wrong with me?
Started at 266 on June 20th (1 month ago) and I was loosing about 3-5 lbs per week, down to 245 on Jul 16th. Since then I stalled (4 days) then yesterday + 1 lbs and this morning +1lbs again.
