  • Yes x3 Long walk and a tomato chutney steak and colored greens dinner. My husband and I both hit 10k for the day at the same time while doing dishes. We compared and saw we were both at 10,010 so took a photo. In this time and age, it's the small things :)

  • Yes x3 Did a 10k walk in a light rain this morning with my friend and her toddler and so ended the day with 16k steps. Ate lightly and ended up under by several hundred with exercise calories which is good considering I had two pass days last week.
  • Yes x3 Went on a 50 minute walk and cleaned the apartment. One thing I've started doing is turning on my Fitbit to start an activity-- I choose the workout option-- when I clean the house. That way it tracks how long I spent and gives me an added bonus to cleaning! Why yes, I burned 160 calories in 45 minutes :)

  • @MaltedTea looks great! Yeah that's a good description. You can change the ratio based on what taste you're going for too. I loveee peanut butter but there are so many calories in just a tablespoon that I find it helpful to mix it up with something else. :)
