  • @HASWLRS  so true! Yes x3 I am now down to just 0.4 lb away from my goal weight! Even if I reach it in the next few days, I want to wait to switch my goal over to maintenance until after I return from vacation and re-weigh myself. I leave Saturday for about 10 days and will be eating more than normal and not…
  • Yes x3 Well under again. Today is my 200th day logging!
  • Yes x3 Walk and exercises. Not super hungry today.
  • Yes x3 Walk in the morning and decluttered my bookshelf in the afternoon. Made a homemade peanut butter cup dessert for the week but since I'm not drinking wine I have calories to spare :)
  • Yes x3 Morning walk before it got too hot. Then house cleaning and 50 min bodyweight. Used up some produce from the balcony garden and fridge. @chinkiri sorry to hear about your last few days. That sounds really hard.
  • Yes x3 Lots of exercise again. Met my coteacher for a masked walk with her toddler. Then in the afternoon walked with my husband to get antibody tests done and pick up takeout for dinner. Wanted to get them done out of curiosity even though I know it's not necessarily very accurate. Also did 25 min exercises.
  • Yes x3 Exercises plus 1 hr 50 min walk in the evening. Between that and the fact that it's day 1 of my weeklong alcohol break I ended up several hundred under :)
  • Intentional pass day. Today is our two year wedding anniversary so I decided not to track. We're getting takeout from a fancy restaurant tonight and will eat at home for a nice dinner. We're also planning to start a 9-day no-alcohol streak tomorrow until we go on vacation later in the month so tonight will be our last wine…
  • Yes x3 Regular bodyweight exercises and walk. Trying to use up some fresh food in the fridge and frozen food to clear things out a bit.
  • Yes x3 Well under. Had a successful bike ride to the hardware store which had restocked the sparkling water carbonators. Did a 25 min bodyweight workout. Then went on a walk that ended up being almost 2 hr while my husband and I explored a new neighborhood. Ended with 20k steps.
  • @katiecan2019 amazing job! Yes x3 today Did an hour long walk in the morning, then prelogged my day and realized in order to fit in pizza, a negroni, and tiramisu without a pass day I would need more exercise, so I did another hour walk in the evening.
  • Lunch at the in-laws'. Lots of great food, including ceviche, so I ate light the rest of the day, drank no alcohol, and made sure to include my walk and 50 min calisthenics workout.
  • @juliemouse83 that's wonderful! You seem happy and at peace with your decision. It seems like one of those things where just knowing you have that plan for the future helps you get through today. @Hollis100 I can't even imagine how exhausted you must be. That must be tough. If you're located in the US you might want to…
  • Yes x3 Exercise was calisthenics and a 50 min roundtrip bike ride in a futile attempt to exchange my SodaStream carbonators. The hardware store said to check back Monday so will do so because homemade sparkling water is my lifeline, especially with planning a no-alcohol week starting next Thursday. But burned 300 cal…
  • Yes x3 14k steps. I've been experimenting with plain Greek yogurt to make healthier snacks. I'll usually make extra to store in the fridge for easy access. I enjoy mixing yogurt with a little citrus juice, salt and pepper, and sambal oelek for spice and using for dipping carrots and celery. Today I chopped up some basil…
  • I actually had a sore foot, but ended up just biking instead of walking. Sorry I can't be of more help!
  • Pass-- a bit over. Did a 90 min roundtrip walk but it was to a local restaurant for takeout and I made the mistake of including cannolis in our order... Oops. Delicious though :)
  • Yes x3 Morning walk for an hour, 25 min workout, and then afternoon walk for almost an hour. Was fun!
  • Yes x3 Woke up at 6:20 for our morning walk since the high was 96 and there were thunderstorms forecasted for this afternoon. Then did my workout. Stayed under on calories. Days are pretty laid back since I'm not teaching during the summer but I try to break up the days between curriculum planning, chores/decluttering, and…
  • Yes x3 Ate sensibly rather than maxing out like I've been the last few weeks. Trying to be better before vacation. Then, even though my husband didn't feel like joining, I went out for a 45 min evening walk after dinner :) Had kiwi for dessert rather than chocolate. Felt great!
  • Yes x3 Long walk, 50 min bodyweight exercises, and house cleaning Enjoyed the neighborhood illegal fireworks displays from my balcony
  • I love the idea of recording goals in here! For me I want to: 1) Lose about two lb before going on vacation July 25 2) Follow my plan to take a break from alcohol July 16-24 (the day after my wedding anniversary until leaving for vacai) 3) Continue taking a least 5 walks for week and staying on my exercise plan, even in…
  • Pass day Was slightly over my goal, but still below maintenance calorie level, esp knowing I wanted to keep it low due to the UAC and my own goals. Did 25 min bodyweight exercises but not a walk as it was 96 and humid. Plans to wake up early and walk tomorrow when it's 8 degrees cooler
  • Yes x3 Although it was a weird day. I got up early and started walking at 6:15 and ended up walking for 2 hr 45 min. I walked over to Rock Creek Park and then semi-lost myself in some trails for a bit. Popped back out a few miles south of my house and walked back up to get home. Loved that I never had to look at the map…
  • Yes x3 Walk and bodyweight exercises Stayed just under
  • Yes x3 Long walk and exercises. Glad that even with 5 pass days I was able to still have a good end to the month thanks to the patterns of the UAC
  • Yes x3 Exercises and a long walk.
  • Yes x3 Long walk in the morning and stayed under
  • @juliemouse83 so sorry to hear about your daughter. That must have been such a terrible thing to go through for her. I'm glad that she is now safe physically thought. Will keep her and your family in my prayers
  • @jillebean86 I definitely think you're still in the running. Several people mentioned having technical difficulties, as did I. For me I was unable to sync my Fitbit and MFP, and I couldn't open Community on my phone. As long as you exercised, tracked, and were under then you're good. You can just write the names of the…
