Yes x3 Biked from DC to MD and explored the Sligo Creek trail / road. Pretty area although since it was Sunday there were a lot of people out and about. About 60 minutes total ride.

I think I missed one of the write-ins in the last few days but not sure which one. Anyway I've been tracking on MFP each day and staying under (even if Fri it was only by one calorie). Fri it was raining so in addition to my in-apartment exercises I also used my Fitbit hourly reminder to take the opportunity to stand up…

Yes x3 Took a walk during my husband's lunch break. I'm enjoying having my activity level down to not very active. It's more accurate given my new work circumstances (being a teacher vs distance learning from home) so my Fitbit calorie adjustments at no longer way out of whack. Instead I start with a lower calorie…

Yes x3 Did some at-home exercises as well as some decluttering. School is out for a month now instead of a week more so am trying to stretch out the decluttering to keep occupied. Also changed MFP to not very active due to working at home. Caused some wonky updates on my already closed diary so we'll see how it goes with a…

Pass day 3 Though went on an hour long walk which felt good. I'm a relatively new Fitbit owner so just have London Underground badge

@epangili As a fellow teacher I wholeheartedly agree. I miss my students but also wonder how it's going for the parents of some of the most difficult students and if that will change their perspective on anything. Also yes x3

Very interesting reading the various articles and science info that several of you posted. Gives some hope! Yes x3 Went on a 45 minute walk with my husband, who is working from home, during his lunch break. He works in IT for a large international organization so is being kept very busy as everyone starts working from…

Yes x3 Did a last grocery run via bike and now ready to hunker down for a while.

Yes x3 I'm also bemoaning the lack of gym and social workout interaction and also daily activity since I'm used to getting past 5k steps just from the workday. Even though I got my 20 min of exercise, I had negative exercise calories so had to eat less to stay under. I think I need to start going for walks to get out of…

Yes x3 Mon was a very active day for me. Walked to work and finalized my students' packets and distance learning plan. Lots of walking up and down stairs to the scanner. Then spent an hour or two organizing my shelves in the hope that we won't be out all year :/ Then walked to one grocery store and back home, then biked to…

Yes x3 NSV is continuing to get stronger and more toned. Noticing more muscles on my stomach too. Though now that my gym is closed I think that will be harder to keep up :/ I'm still doing in-home exercises in my apartment but it's not quite the same as the whole-body climbing and leaping I'm used to.

Pass day #2. Went out to dinner with my husband here in DC. Crazy how quickly things have intensified. The restaurant was super empty even though normally it's bursting at the seams on a Friday night.

Yes x3 Only five people in parkour class today. Weather is nice which made it lovely to bike-- and feels safer than taking the metro :)
-
Yes x3 Though a bit sad since I was looking forward to spending April spring break (I'm a teacher) in Europe, but now it looks like that won't be possible...

@Chinkiri true! Hopefully you can post a photo here if the next batch!
-
Yes x3 and didn't have to use any of my 400 exercise calories but felt full nevertheless!
-
Yes x3 though barely Sorry the recipe didn't work out @Chinkiri but glad it was still tasty! Let me know if you want to try to problem solve the recipe. I've only done it once but look forward to trying again in the future.
-
Yes x3 Didn't have many steps at all so lost calories and had to eat less to stay under my mfp limit, but I did it! Exercise was just a combo of house cleaning and some push-ups and squats

yes x3 Biked to meet a friend for tea

Yes x3 I enjoy outdoor exercise but also enjoy fun group classes.

yes x3 I try to prelog when I can, but some days I can't til later. It's always helpful to log as I go or at least log dinner before cooking so I know how much space inhave available. I love to snack on cheese while cooking so prelogginf helps me know if I can cut a 20 gram block or 40 gram to cut into pieces and snack on.…

Thanks @Chinkiri ! Yeah anchovies has few calories which is great! Although a lot of sodium so need to be careful on that.

yes x3 Bike ride this morning. Made homemade pizza and garlic knots. Pre-logged the recipe which made me realize I needed to save half for tomorrow, so I did! Didn't make the winner's circle last month (though I convinced my husband to try UAC last month and he made the circle!) but I'm hoping to make it this month!
-
Great job to everyone in the Winner's Circle!

yes x3 10k steps (ran in place to get the last 50 haha) and an hour workout. Under on calories!
