And no, you probably won't see a loss every week, some do but the body naturally fluctuates, make your peace with this now. Consistency is what matters. I just went 3 weeks with no scale movement then 1.8lbs whooshed off in two days (I weigh daily and track the trend). This!!!

Yep, me too. Lost 25lbs, less food at a meal and mine is 100% better! When I did have GERD bad, ACV did help.

Avacado and garbanzo beans blended together with lemon juice and spices of your choice. Awesome sandwich or dip.

Gets easier as you go. Weighing my food becomes habit. The only thing I find "difficult" is not losing for a couple weeks, then whoosh, down 3 to 4 pounds. I just realize that this is the way my body works and don't freak out during those few weeks of stagnation.

I have been on Lipitor since May. Since then I have lost 21 pounds and workout 5-6 days per week. I go back next week to check blood work and hopefully, get off of it! I have had zero side effects from taking a statin.
