My petty reason is to stick it to all the people that bullied me for 7 years (including the teachers!) and basically show them I am a hell of a lot better than they are, that I can lose the weight they told me I would have for the rest of my life AND prove that they lost out on a good woman!

Okay so weighed in today and after 3weeks maintaining I managed to drop 1lb. I am not all that happy about it just being one pound however it is better than a gain.

I’ll try and post in here as much as possible! Hoping to drop another 35+lbs by the end of September. As for the first of September I hope to drop 2st by then! Jan weight: 16st 2lbs End of June weight: 13st 13lbs July start (weigh day tomorrow): 13st 13lbs September 1st goal: 11st 13lbs

I didn’t start the gym purely because as a student it is too expensive. I tend to walk a lot and make sure I keep track so much. I rarely eat potatoes or bread anyway because I just randomly cut them out one day. I think it may be the sugar and fat at the moment even though it is in calorie limits.

Yeah that may be it actually, I know that I am not supposed to come on till next week some time so it could be that. I just hope to drop some weight soon because it is starting to get to me a little.

I weight out all my food using scales and make sure to input it correctly. I have always used a scale to weigh it out to make sure it is 100% accurate when I eat.
