I eat out a lot - I alway go for the lite menu and today bought my lunch ( sushi 289 cals) on the go with bottle of water. I check menus out before hand of places. I eat out 3 x a week and have lost weight. But like today my mum and friend were eating toasted sandwiches in a cafe. I just prepare. Good luck xxx

I hit my step goal of 6000 step yesterday - well did 8000 :) @yennyboops I sometime make healthy tub of fruit up to snack at home. Plus buy 100 cals crisp, fiber one bars or have 100 cals of mash mallow weighed out. Have a great Tuesday everyone... its 1.50 pm here and i am on 4000 steps :) Xxxx

I worry about Disney in France too. I rejoined again. I have OVER 100 lbs to loose. I would like to go on hol next year may 2019 ( last week )and be 200 lbs so would like to loose 112 lbs in 13 months. So my goal is to loose 8 lbs a month- I've upped my step's - to 6000. I don't exercise other than walk as I have ME/CFS Xxx

Ok I've been so lost. My depression and anxiety are awful. I weighed back in at 320 lbs this morning sigh. I need some motivation. My aim today is to stick to 1670 cals. Simple ( i say!) I've had 125 cals so far and got soup for lunch. I CAN do this - We ALL can xxx

Over here with wls on the nhs You have to do tier 3 ( which I am on) it's a 6 or 12 month program IF you complete that and loose 5%plus of your weight it can then take up to a year for the op so up to 2 years loosing 5%and maintain that weight till surgery ( then you have to see a psychatrist ) i told them i binge eat.…

I don't exercise ( due to ME/CFS) but went on the bike ( home exercise bike) for 5 mins yesterday ( missing today ( to give myself a rest) and hopefully 6 mins tomorrow :) I KNOW this in minor in exercise but I am trying. My main goal is 140 lbs - miles away. MY Goal this year is to get to 250 LBS that will be a loss off over 68 lbs THIS year - which I think is a reasonable goal. My goal is to be around for my 5 year old son. Xxx

Mine is at 350 lbs the seat belt in ex husbands car and in my parents car barley fitted round me in my coat. Now with the same coat at 318 ish lbs it has a tiny bit of room - so I can breath in the car too ;)…
