  • It really all comes down to body shape. I consider myself a pear (albeit busty) and I am a shirt size XL-1X and a jean size 18 at 213 lbs (I am also 5'3). My jeans don't feel the slightest bit loser since I've started losing weight, so it all depends.
  • I definitely can see a difference, especially with Mentali's GIF. I have a hard time noticing physical progress in myself as well, because I've been mostly losing in my chest and face, rather than really noticeable areas like my stomach or thighs. So likely the same thing is happening to you. Great job so far, by the way!
  • One cheat day isn't going to hurt you, just keep pushing on! :) Just don't be alarmed if you see a little weight gain, because sometimes after you go over your calories water weight will show for a day or two.   • Thank you! I've been actually trying to keep it steady, but I think because I was such a high weight in the first place it's coming off more rapidly than I thought. That is good advice though, especially since I would hate to see the pounds packing back on once I hit maintenance!
