So I created a post about not being able to see a difference. So here are some photos just over a month apart. I have lost 25lbs. Honestly can you see changes?
Thank You

The middle picture there is definitely a visible difference. Did you take any measurements?1

yes I can.
What you have to understand is that 25lbs lost is a big deal even if you don't see a huge difference.
If you go from a size 16 to a 10 (that's what 25lbs did for me) that's when you are like holy crap.
Unfortunately the more you have to lose the less of a difference you see at first...

I dont see a lot of changes.
The plastic bag is still in the corner. There is a new cable on the floor...
Hm what else.. Yes a piece of paper!
Seriously though, I dont see any difference. It will take time before you can see a real change. I've lost .. what 9 kg now (ish) and I cant see it at all yet, but I feel it when I put my usual clothes on.1 -
I was very overweight when I started so my first progress picture is at 50 pounds - I would say you're suddenly going to see a difference at 35-40 pounds. That being said, there is a difference. Look at your legs and your sides, as well as your upper arms.

There's small difference. But continue. With people who have a lot to lose, 25lbs may not be enough to see a significant difference.

Twenty-five pounds is great! Yes, I see a difference but more importantly your health is improving. The body takes a while to catch up (and so does the mind) so keep taking pictures and measurements and just be patient and consistent. Good job!2

If I'm 100% honest, I do not see much of a difference But what counts it that you ARE losing weight and on the road to a better life! Some people just struggle to show results faster that others, but you will get there!1

I really see it in the legs!1

I can see a slight difference. Are your clothes a little looser? Keep it up and you'll see a bigger difference soon.0

Haha I just made them roughly the same size and faded them together on http://ezgif.com/! Took a little tweaking but that's what I do to my own progress photos too3 -
Hey, yes, I do see a difference. Great job. Keep it up. I bet you're feeling better too.0

For myself I can only tell a difference when I have clothes on. Undressed I think I still look the same.0
-
Yep, you are smaller all over. 25 lbs in a month is awesome!!! Get at it gurl!!!0
-
I can see a difference, great job!
Stomach is slimmer and legs look more toned!0 -
I see a difference in your cleavage and on your right side where you are smallest. 25 pounds is a big deal! There's a thread on here somewhere that compares pounds lost to objects, like a cinder block, a tire, etc. Keep it up! Good job!
@Mentali I worship you and your skills.0 -
Yes, definitely!0

25 pounds=an average 2 year old!1

I definitely can see a difference, especially with Mentali's GIF. I have a hard time noticing physical progress in myself as well, because I've been mostly losing in my chest and face, rather than really noticeable areas like my stomach or thighs. So likely the same thing is happening to you. Great job so far, by the way!0

You have a changes. Your stomach is smaller, flatter. The band around your shorts is less tight! Your legs are smaller. Your bra fits better. Look at your fingers they're smaller! Things that you wouldn't really notice? Are smaller. You have lost weight.
You ARE smaller.
YOU are amazing. Keep it up. Look how far you've come.3 -
Love the before/after manip. Yes, it shows. Keep up the good work.0

I can see a slight difference, and it's only been a month! Imagine what you're going to look like in 6 I hope you don't mind me asking, but what causes that line/indent across the middle of your tummy? I've never seen this before.0

I have 1 or 2 or those lines. I think its body shape. If people have a similar body shape and are plus sized models, they probably get it photoshopped out. It looks like I have a few spare tires on my waist. Very sexy.1 -
Sadly, we don't lose the weight where we want to, and often belly and butt fat is the last to go.
Mine comes off my arms, chest, and neck first.1 -

Good tip! I didn't see a difference until you posted this.
Great job, OP.0 -
Congratulations on 25 pounds lost! Job well done!
As for your question, I see a small difference. Since you started with more to lose, it will take awhile to see a significant difference. Just keep going to goal and you will be overjoyed with the results!0 -
Well done !
You can see a difference, keep up the good and be proud of wht you have achieved.0 -
Awesome job - I see a little bit of a difference, but not much. I know how frustrating that is. I would LOVE to see a difference, but it seems to be taking forever. I also can't seem to lose more than 7 lbs My scale has been all over the place. Drives me crazy. Keep doing what you are doing. Baby steps. You will see bigger changes as time goes on. Do NOT let these responses cause you to give up. There is definitely something there, just probably not the huge difference you would like right now

I must be in the minority, but I see a big difference. I would ask you "how do you not see the difference?" Great job so far!!!0
