I've been vegan for 4 months and it was much easier to transition than I thought it would be. I switched for health reasons mostly and now wouldn't look back for the both ethical and health benefits.

I have high blood pressure and while it has gone down some by working out constantly it's still not enough and I do not want to be on b.p medication. I eat veggies now but not nearly enough so really I just wanna up my veggie and beans up and lower he dairy and meats. Dairy usually makes me feel very bloated and not great…

Take it a day at a time and set lots of small goals i.e. 5 lbs at a time. It is much easier to achieve lots of small goals rather than one extremely large goal. Your main goal should be to lose 1 lb 100 times not 100lbs 1 time!

Start with little changes like eating habits or easy exercises and when you see your body begin to change that is what gives you the drive that you're looking for.
