I do what they call lazy keto. I don't log what I eat every day, but just a few days a week to see if I'm keeping 'around' the recommended macros. It took me 10-12 days to lose my 2 kg gain over Christmas. I was not strict but cut back on all the carbs and sugar. I think rather than actually gaining true 'weight/fat' over that time, it was actually having more food in my body. Took a while to rid itself lol.
