Total challenge weight lost so far = 19Lbs. I know this is slow pace and I've fall of the wagon several times, but I'm still grateful to not be where I was when I started. You guys are great motivators. Less than 2 months to go, we got this.

Hey Guys, So I just weigh myself and I noticed I lost way too much weight this past week. I think I have to stop exercising as much and add more carbs to my diet. I really want to be in between i.e not losing too much and not gaining. This struggle is real. Lolz. Anyways thumb's up to week 2.

So I just wanna put this out there. We should be looking to loss no more than or less than 2lbs per week. So we have 20 weeks from August 1 to December 25. That's 20 x 2 =40lbs. As much as we all wanna loss the weight, we are still aiming to be healthy. I wish u guys all the best in this Journey. Thanks.
