    Whoops, I missed week one check-in! So I'll stick it here with week two. =)

    I think you just did. :) just put your starring weight/current weight and then your goal weight. Kinda give updates every Sunday or Monday. Good luck!!

    GW: 12 September - 68.9 (152 pounds)

    11 July - 77.2kg (170.1 pounds)
    18 July - 74.6 kg (164.4)

    Notes: weekends are starting to mentally feel easier - I don't need to eat everything that's in sight anymore just because I'm at home. I also don't eat the second I'm hungry - I wait a bit.

    Coming week goal: to get a bit more exercise in.

    Coming week concern: I have Christmas in July on Saturday and the hosts go crazy with the amount of food they give you.
