Notes: weekends are starting to mentally feel easier - I don't need to eat everything that's in sight anymore just because I'm at home. I also don't eat the second I'm hungry - I wait a bit.
Coming week goal: to get a bit more exercise in.
Coming week concern: I have Christmas in July on Saturday and the hosts go crazy with the amount of food they give you.
