I'm really happy with my weight loss this week considering I have been slacking a bit with tracking and food choices. Actually felt less healthy this week. So that's my goal for the coming week - track accurately and choose wisely.

Success/struggles this week:
First week since Feb when I started that I’ve gained ☹ between no gym – my arms still out of action & increasing my protein , at least it’s nearly all gone (was up by 4 pound a few days ago) and I know what it’s from , I wont make the 20 lb but that’s ok it’s a long journey not a fast race ☺
