  • Hey Y'all! I'm new to this forum! I've used MFP on and off for the past few years and I find that when I stay dedicated is when I see the most results. So far I've been active on it for 4 days and I've already lost 2 lbs! I'm really excited to stay focused and I'm glad that there are others out there with the same struggle!
