Ok but in my explanation it’s pretty easy to be accurate enough to stay at my carb limit. A 14oz can divided by 3...pretty easy to get to the carbs and calories from there. But I understand what you all are saying. Small steps...I’m a beginner and not trying to be overwhelmed!

Week 2 and I gained a pound! How in the heck could this have happened? I lost 11 lbs in week 1. This is ridiculous. I’ve been working out 5 days and staying below 30 carbs daily.

Thanks for the input. I am not measuring food with a scale but I think I’m able to be pretty accurate based off or common sense. For instance i get three serving from a 14oz can of green beans. And my meats are pretty basic...like one chicken thigh w/a veggie.

One month...that’s a very long time! I weight this morning and was 11lbs down. I plan to do it every Monday morning. But I do understand your point! Thanks

Just weighed! Down 11lbs in one week! And yes I know it’s some water but it has given me motivation to continue! Never have I worked out 5 days and stuck to a meal plan for 7 days. I think I’ll weigh in once weekly! Thanks for the input
