For challenge 2, I did the “IT’S RAJIO TAISO TIME!” I love this! I'm a teacher, and I did it with my students. We are having an international festival in January where we perform a song or a dance from another country, and get the audience to participate. I'm hoping to do this with our whole school at the festival. Love it…

I am so thankful for so many things, chief among them are my beautiful daughter, my amazing sisters and brother, and MFP and all the people on it who have helped me as I work toward my goal of becoming healthy. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving everyone!

I just joined. I would like to lose more than 1 pound per week, but I think that is a more realistic goal for me right now, especially over the holidays. Thanks for setting up this challenge! And thanks RisingAboveIt for letting me know about it.

Not only am I getting fit, but my dogs are too now that I take them for walks every day instead of just letting them out in the yard (boy, was I lazy!) Also, I've found that it's really easy to locate your car in a huge parking lot when you park in the spot furthest from the door.

This took me forever to realize. Once I did, it has made a huge difference in how I eat. I grew up in a large family, and if you didn't grab and eat as much food as you could as fast as possible, it would all be gone. That mindset carried over into my adult life even when it didn't happen anymore.
