Wow! Beautiful and so inspiring. I started my journey a week ago at 165 and am now down four lbs. I have an aggresive goal because I just want it gone. Can't wait to look like this!

@st476 I just mean what if my.friends want to eat at the seafood joint there? I have to sit and watch? There's no way I'll be able to do that and I know they don't have calorie info there. Or what I just say f it and drink a lot! That's what I mean by scared.

@cecsav1 I'm leaning towards your direction on this one. I just don't want to derail, I'm doing so good! I'm thinking I'll plan and prepack my food and drinks, if I go over I'll log it and work the rest of my week around the excess. Also, my goal is not to talk about it to my friends, really don't want to be THAT person…

Good news for me. I got so annoyed with this girl who tried to tell me counting calories was a bad idea and I just needed to cut things out of my diet. I ALWAYS have a can of black beans and instant rice in my home. You just spice it right,.maybe add hot sauce, maybe cheese if you want. If you have any veggies lying around toss em in.

@Louise1491 yes! And it is. I used to order vodka cranberries there and I attribute all that sugar over my 5 years in college to being part of my weight gain! It's going to be a major challenge to do myfitnesspal and balance my nights out with friends, but I'm up for it.

How long did it take you to get where you are? I'm starting this week at 165 (I've already lost 2.5 lbs) and my go is 145 but I might even keep going after that.
