What was your February like??
What was good: I just looked at my health app and I had a great month in terms of workouts. I reached my pre-set daily move goals about 5 days a week and burned 8,321 calories during logged strength and cardio workouts this month! What I can improve: more days under my calorie goal! How did your month go?

If you could design a home gym, what equipment would you buy yourself first?
I am day dreaming of what my future home gym will consist of. This dream may not be too far away but like most people, I have limited resources so I must prioritize! I think the first few things I’d HAVE to have are: Treadmill Barbell set Dumbbell Set Bench Workout Mat What about you?! :)

It's my first week on MFP and I've lost
2.5 lbs in 3 days! Just counting calories and using the nutrition stats to make better choices. I can do this! So are you supposed to eat more than your cal limit if you work out?
My calorie goal is 1200. If I burn 200 calories at the gym, do I eat 1400 calories for the day? Also, what if I only do strength training? Does my daily cal intake stay the same?
