My 200th Day

Today I hit my 200th day streak on MFP! I’d like to reflect on a few things:

In the last few years I’ve lost 15 lbs, gained it back, and now I’m down 8 pounds.

It’s the only social media I use because it benefits my life, not takes from it.

I’ve found out what works for me. I don’t weigh myself very often I just feel when my body is sluggish vs feeling fit. It’s better for me.

I’ve learned so much about healthy eating although I’m not health-food only type of person (not even a little!)

A forum on this app by women inspired me to lift heavy!

I’ve also become a runner and my ultimate goal is the Paris Marathon!

    This is all a learning experience. It takes time to learn what works and what doesn't, and finding exercise you enjoy.
