Thanks all for the inputs, I will start counting my fruit and veggies calories as of today. As for my exercise calories, I'm still trying to lose, so for now I'm trying to stay away from them. I might eat them, when it's time to maintain.

So far I've lost 3 lbs or so, very frustrating, but I'm not giving up. I exercise 5-6 days a week for about 1 hour and I intake about 1200 calories a day.
