Well SW 186 3 1 week 179 2 week 175 3 week 178.7 Not sure what's going on in stayed Well below my calorie intake everyday and I mean well below ..... I'm now running/walking almost 3 miles a day and added in gym workouts and lifting some weights . Not happy this week very disappointing. :(

SW: 186.6 1Week: 179 2 Week 175.8 Not to bad this week , had a hard time this weekend ( 4th of July ) I don't drink at all but My brother talked me into a few shots of lemonchello which lead to roasting marshmallows! But I'm back on track was running/walking 1 mile every night I am now doing 2 miles every night .
