I've been going for at least one walk every day lately and even throwing a little bit of running in there too. My daily step goal is 10'000. I'm training for a 10 k that's in a few weeks. I've been under calorie goal most days and I'm feeling really proud and motivated.I find drinking lots of water really helps me.

So, looks like I'm loosing consistantly around 1/3 of a pound per week! Definitely not as fast as I'd like to be losing, but with LO starting daycare in another week, I think that I'll be able to pick up the pace a bit then!0 -
