I am really not doing good. I just started exercising this week and have been blowing it on my daily calories. I have to step up my game for sure.0 -

I've been going for at least one walk every day lately and even throwing a little bit of running in there too. My daily step goal is 10'000. I'm training for a 10 k that's in a few weeks. I've been under calorie goal most days and I'm feeling really proud and motivated. I find drinking lots of water really helps me.1 -

So, looks like I'm loosing consistantly around 1/3 of a pound per week! Definitely not as fast as I'd like to be losing, but with LO starting daycare in another week, I think that I'll be able to pick up the pace a bit then!0 -

LEARNED FROM MISTAKES THAT EATING TOO LITTLE CAN WORK AGAINST YA. SO I'M BACK TO EATING MY SUGGESTED CALORIES INTAKE . SLOW AND STEADY IS THE ROAD I'M STICKING TOO. THANKS FOR THE HELP AND ADVICE EVERYONE HAS BEEN GIVING ME !0
