I feel the same way at the gym... but as someone that works at one I can reassure you NO ONE IS PAYING ATTENTION TO OTHER PEOPLE lol. No one is judging you, if anything they are thinking how impressed they are at someone going in and trying to keep up a life style. Keep trying you will get there!!! Good luck!

I saw a quote on pintrest and it said "the calories you eat in private because what everyone see in public" that makes me really thunk everything. Have you tried drinking water when you feel hungry? That helps me a lot. If all else fails I'll eat anything green!!! Cucumbers, peppers, broccoli. That keeps me satisfied until my next meal

I did the high fat and low carb thing last fall I lost 10 pounds in a month. My trainer at the time said that women need the higher fat content for our bodies. Healthy fats that is. But it's really hard and time consuming. So good luck!!!

1200 calories is an extremely small amount.... no, your right your are no suppose to eat back ALL those calories you burn during a work out but you do need to make sure you are eating enough to (even after a training session) so your body can repair and function at a normal rate .

No paim ust the tingling numbness when I touch it. the bar was across my upper back on top of my shoulders. The nubness is about 6 inches away from my hip. Maybe a little bit more.

Depends on the kind of snack or talking about.... I eat pretzles everyday on serving of the store brand does it for me. I also enjoy cottage cheese and blueberries for an afternoon pick me up. Or cucumbers and green pepers, I have done a whole wheat wrap with peanut butter too.:) hope this helps. Good luck!!
