  • Im at 1460 to lose 2 lbs a week. Never go over one daysbthat i log and ibhave lost 4 lbs recently
  • Having only 50 calories left over at the end of your day will make it go slow. I lost 4 lbs in tge past few weeks and typically have a surplus of 300 calories a day

  • Maybe try slowly watering down the juice... so eventually you can cut out one whole juice at a time..... try a crunchy fruit to helo with the crunchie munchie attack
