Hello everyone. My name is Lacey Clayton, and I'm wanting to lose about 40-50 pounds. I've been riding my mountain bike 6 days a week and have gotten better in progress every single day that goes by. Very long roads with great challenging hills & against the wind. It's a GREAT burn. I go about 45-69 minutes a day & get a lot done. I just got a mat & 2 five pound weights today to start that up. Any advice there? Or at all?
As for eating, I've been eating very carefully. It's challenging but it will be worth it. I always eat tilapia baked with lemon for dinner or grilled skinless boneless chicken breast with lemon and garlic. I snack on pretzels with humus or Hint of Lime chips (a serving) with hot salsa. Sometimes half of a subway sandwich when I want to treat myself. Green veggies are KEY! And I chew gum a lot a lot a lot. It helps so much when your hungry but shouldn't eat something yet. I'm new to this app. Please feel free to share anything! I want to loose about 40 or 50 pounds I'll decide when I get to 40. I broke my ankle, & gained a ton of weight & have been so uncomfortable in my own skin & I'm already starting to look & feel better!
