When logging 100% accurately do you sense that you are going to lose weight every week. How accurate is the projected weight goal when completing diary entry logging.Does it show when you log 100% does it show on your body like changing.

Yes. If you are accurate and consistent, over time you will see results.

Just to reiterate yes the numbers will work overtime. Remember this is a long-term process not a short-term Sprint. Remember your body weight will fluctuate, but long-term it works.0

Consistancy is key, mybtrainer told me one day " it takes 1 week to feel better, 3 weeks for YOU to see a change, and 4 weeks before others see a change." Its slow going but worth it. Emotions are always all over the place. One week you feel like nothing is work then you hop on the scale and you down 5 lbs. So just keep with it. Good luck!!!!0
