  • I just add it under cardio (manually) with my calorie count that day. I don't both with the strength part as OTF changes daily and the calorie burn is my exercise goal.
  • I am just beginning the maintenance phase and now concentrating on muscle building... Scared and excited :)

  • PB2 is awesome! You can enjoy peanut butter with a fraction of the calories and make it the consistency you like. I like to add to plain Greek yogurt as a healthy dessert :smile:

  • I had the same problem and then I started taking a hair supplement with biotin. My hair loss decreased significantly, I noticed my lost hair came back in (fast), and my hair was shinier than before. I love it!
