I'm not a coach no. I haven't completed the program yet either. I wanted to see if the results were good at first. I don't do the shakes either and so, I was wondering if my results will still be as good without it.

Hey!! It's actually a really good question! I do have DDPYoga and also felt like it was maybe a little too slow at first. I curious to know what would be the impact if I would skip the first 2 or 3 weeks.. In which phase a nutrition are you? I tried no gluten and dairy but felt like it limited my choices in the AM.

Anyone that is interested in joining me on that journey, please add me as a friend. I also have awesome friends in my list that all have the same common weight loss. I've also created within my friend list, a little July "challenge" which is to lose about 10lbs this month or 2lbs/week!! I like to keep things interesting!!

Let's all add each other so we can focus on losing these unwanted pounds and help, motivate and support each other as well

I always wondered why people made it so important. I automatically thought I needed protein powder to actually reach and maintain muscles. I'm very happy this community, including you, is helping me figuring it out!! Thank you very much @benlinnenkamp

I would also go with the extra meal haha!

I actually have it! I have both 21DayFix and DDP. DDP is great (I haven't completed it) I have issues respecting the eating program. No gluten, no dairy at a certain point. Plus, it's 13 weeks. I was looking for people who actually completed it (or both or/and vice versa) which one was giving better results. Can seem to…

Wow!! Thank you SO much for making it so clear @JoshuaMcAllister obviously, it's too early in the process for me to judge if I actually need it, but I for sure would rather "eat" my protein instead of going powder. Thanks again!! You made it so simple to understand

@kendahlj I know it will. That's why I'm working towards a better and wiser life choices such as cutting down (if not eliminate) alcohol and my biggest problem when it comes to healthy eating habits; Eating out. I need to cut down the restaurants and learn how to cook, homemade healthy meals.

Congrats to you for quitting as well!!! I have to admit, it's not as bad as I thought it would, the only problem is how, I'm dealing with stressful situation actually. I was using cigarettes as a "getaway" in stressful situation like work, at home etc. 3 nights ago, I had a glass of wine and obviously, it wasn't a good…

Thanks Brian!!! And congrats on quitting smoking and that incredible 50 lbs loss!!! That's amazing!! I've been smoke free for 5 days now. On the 3rd day, I binge eating sweets late at night. Which wasn't really smart. I now replace cravings with deep breathing and by drinking water. I know losing the weight will be a long…

Unfortunately, my hobbies aren't really towards fitness. I'd love to be passionate about fitness! I read a lot, meditate and try to practice yoga every other day. I just purchased 21DayFix a week ago. I haven't started yet, because I'm on vacation and unfortunately, my husband don't follow me in my "health/weigh loss"…

Thanks to you both!! I try to take small steps to healthy new habits, like moving 30 mins, drinking more water etc. Motivation does come and goes and it's also very true that habits stay as well. I guess by taking it, one day at a time like I did/do for smoking, it will result in greater success!! @futurelcon I totally…

Thank you @LYNNM50 !!! I'm sorry to hear about your illness. You need to take this one day at a time. There's no need to worry about tommorow and feel guilt about yesterday.
